English \/ Rom\u00e2na <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I participated together with my wife Valerica, who holds a PhD in medieval literature, at the London Book Fair from March 12-14, 2024. My book The Last Winter<\/strong> was exhibited at booth number 2C18 of The Maple Staple Bookstore<\/a><\/strong> , and enjoyed attention, especially among students, interested in knowing as much as possible about the transitional period of Romanian society from communism to democracy. I autographed books and took many photos with the visitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both my wife and I enjoyed the warm hospitality of the entire staff at 2C18 of The Maple Staple Bookstore, who gave us access to all their facilities. I had a series of discussions regarding the future collaboration with Mr. Emmanuel Laguardia, Chief Operating Officer, and Mr. Kevin Miles, Senior VP Director-Endorsement, both from Bookside Press.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ladies Leslee and Pearl, also helped us in interfacing with visitors interested in The Last Winter<\/strong> book.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We felt excellent and were treated with great care by the team of professionals at booth number 2C18 of The Maple Staple Bookstore<\/strong>. We would like to thank them and congratulate them on the professional way of participating in the literary event in London.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/a> Am participat \u00eempreun\u0103 cu so\u021bia mea Valerica, care de\u021bine un PhD \u00een literatura medieval\u0103, la T\u00e2rgul de C\u0103r\u021bi de la Londra<\/strong> din perioada 12-14 Martie 2024. <\/strong>Cartea mea The Last Winter<\/strong> a fost expus\u0103 la standul  2C18 al The Maple Staple Bookstore<\/a>  <\/strong>\u015fi s-a bucurat de aten\u021bie, mai ales in r\u00e2ndul studen\u021bilor, interesa\u021bi s\u0103 \u0219tie c\u00e2t mai multe lucruri despre perioada de tranzi\u021bie a societ\u0103\u021bii rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti de la comunism la democra\u021bie. Am dat multe autografe pe c\u0103r\u021bi \u015fi am f\u0103cut numeroase fotografii cu vizitatorii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At\u00e2t eu c\u00e2t \u015fi so\u021bia mea ne-am bucurat de o cald\u0103 ospitalitate din partea echipei de la 2C18 a The Maple Staple Bookstore<\/strong>, care ne-au oferit acces la toate facilit\u0103\u021bile lor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Am avut o serie de discu\u021bii privind viitoarea colaborare cu domnul Emmanuel Laguardia, Chief Operating Officier, \u015fi cu domnul Kevin Miles, Senior VP Director- Endorsement, am\u00e2ndoi de la Bookside Press. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
